We market a range of ceramic fitted pumps that are drop in replacements for the Warman “AH” range of pumps. Our Ceramic Fitted  Slurry Pumps are ideal for abrasive and aggressive slurries and have been trial tested on the following slurries:

  • Chrome 6
  • Mineral Sands
  • Alumina
  • Gold Plant transfer duties

All with excellent results and life span improvements of between 5 to 20 times alternative materials.

Proven Sugar Recovery. Reduced Water Usage. Faster Payback.

The patented Silver Weibull “False Plough Tip” design delivers superior basket scouring efficiency, ensuring maximum sugar recovery during every discharge/plough cycle.

Unlike conventional solid plough tips, which must operate approximately 2 mm clear of the basket screen to avoid damage, the Silver Weibull False Plough Tip continuously re-establishes itself using compressed sugar within the basket. This allows near-total scouring of the basket surface while maintaining safe operation.

Key Performance Advantage

Silver Weibull guarantees a maximum residual sugar mass of only 2 kg per discharge cycle.

By comparison, conventional centrifuges can leave approximately 11.7 kg of sugar in the basket per cycle when operating with a 2 mm residual layer.
